About Arivu/Peace Child India (APCI): Arivu/Peace Child India engages youth globally to engage with community participants in bringing about social change especially in the health, education and entrepreneurship.
APCI believes that small interventions, properly executed and documented can bring about larger interventions by institutions with more capacity, and hence acts as a social research and development agency.

Roles and Responsibilities:
 Project Management and Evaluation: Monitor project planning, reporting and efficient implementation of both projects – Boys Home and Govt. School project. Evaluate impact of the project and performance of staff.
 Organising structure, systems and processes of the organisation: Ensure efficiency of current systems and processes and suggesting improvement where necessary (with research).
 Online Networking and copywriting: Support in social media presence and outreach through online platforms. Create content accordingly.
 Offline Communications: Developing and supporting publications for the APCI family – newsletters, reports etc.
 Website Maintenance: Innovate on website content and appearance, update existing website if/when necessary and research efficient and attractive website platforms.
 Recruiting Indian Volunteers: Outreach and recruit dedicated Indian volunteers for the projects.
 Researching Sending Organisations: Research and outreach to relevant Sending Organisations for international interns.
 Fundraising: Develop fundraising strategies with existing benefactors and well as reach out to potential funders.
