Do you know a team of youth who want to take action?
Submit an Action Project Proposal and you could be approved for a $500 seed grant to implement your water project.
Teams can choose to make a difference in whatever way appeals to them. Local water issues or global. Awareness raising or fundraising. It's your choice.
How Do We Design a Project?
CAWST’s Youth Wavemakers Program has several resources you can use to help you design a project. Read the prequisite training guidelines on the proposal form before getting started.
When Can We Apply?
The grant application process is open in September of each year. Applications are due by November 15th for projects being implemented between December – May.
Who Can Apply?
CAWST’s Youth Wavemakers Action Grants are available for students anywhere in Canada in grades K – 12.
How Do We Apply?
After completing either "Tikho's Story" (gr K-6 applicants), or "How to Take Action & Make it Count" (gr 7-12 applicants), fill out the Action Project Proposal Form and email it to wavemakers@cawst.org by November 15.
